Dried black fungus contains high levels of protein, vitamins and iron. The protein contains a variety of amino acids, especially lysine and leucine. The traditional fungus is dried in the sun. Drying process reference for fungus dryer
1. Wash the freshly picked black fungus with clean water and put the black fungus into a plate.
2. Preheat the fungus dryer to about 50℃-55℃ and adjust the temperature to cool down. Arrange the plated black fungus evenly on the shelf of the dryer;
3. Set the black fungus drying temperature to 35-40°C. After the black fungus is dried and heated, a large amount of moisture on the surface will evaporate. At this time, turn on the exhaust function of the fungus dryer; then gradually reduce the temperature to 26°C. About 4 hours;
4. Starting from 26℃, the intelligent PLC editing control data of the fungus dryer will increase the temperature by about 3 to 4℃ per hour, and adjust the exhaust function to maintain the relative humidity of the air at about 10% for 5 to 8 hours; the temperature will slowly rise to 50 Maintain a constant temperature at ℃ to make the upper and lower black fungus dry to the same degree;
5. After maintaining the constant temperature for 5 to 8 hours, raise the temperature to 55℃-60℃ and then dry the whole body; when the black fungus is 80% dry, take out the drying screen and let it dry for 2 hours and then continue drying. The drying will end when all the black fungus is dry.
