Mesh belt hemp drying machine is designed to utilie the combination of heat and air to rapidly dry hemp leaves and flowers.. Material enters via the conveyor into a multilayer belt system whereby it is dried by airflow and heat. The Mesh Hemp Belt Dryer is a fast, industrial-scale solution to massive hemp harvest drying. All material touchpoints are made from 304 stainless to meet food-grade standards.
Hemp flower and hemp leaf are transported by the feeding conveyor to the inside of the dryer. The material passes layer by layer via the conveyor belt, while, the hot air passes through the material from the bottom to top. The dried Hemp flower and hemp leaf are conveyed by the discharge conveyor. The final moisture comes out of the top of the dryer.
It is suitable for commercial crops such as lumps, strips, flakes, and granules, such as: onions, garlic, peppers, apricots, melon seeds, peanuts, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cassava, wolfberry, red dates, herbs, melons, vegetables, fruits, etc.
Mesh belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is used for drying flake, strip and granular materials with good air permeability. It is especially suitable for materials whose temperature is not allowed to be high; this series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. For paste materials such as dehydrated filter cakes, they need to be granulated or made into strips before drying.
Materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. This process will bring the material water away. The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users’ demand. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.
DW series multi-layer belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is suitable for large-scale production of difficult-to-dry materials with low drying rate. The equipment has compact structure, small floor area, simple operation, convenient maintenance and stable operation.
