The mesh belt pepper dryer is a drying equipment used for large-scale production. It usually consists of a feeding system, a drying system, an exhaust system and a control system. Here is the general workflow:
1. Feeding system: The peppers are first transported to the inside of the dryer through the feeding system. This system includes conveyor belts or other conveying equipment to ensure that the peppers enter the drying chamber evenly.
2. Drying system: After entering the drying room, the peppers will pass through a mesh belt to form a thin and uniform layer. The hot air is sent to the dryer with the help of an induced draft fan to dry the materials; the processed materials are transported through a multi-layer stainless steel mesh belt, and are turned over through multi-layer circulation in the dryer. The hot air passes through the mesh belt and the materials from bottom to top. Layers are dried layer by layer to finally achieve the purpose of drying.
3. Exhaust system: Since a large amount of water vapor is generated during the drying process, the exhaust system is used to discharge moisture out of the drying room to maintain good ventilation and humidity control. This helps improve drying efficiency.
4. Control system: The control system is used to monitor and adjust parameters such as temperature and humidity during the drying process. The operator can adjust the working parameters of the dryer through the control system to adapt to different types and sizes of pepper drying.
Generally speaking, the mesh belt pepper dryer continuously dries peppers through hot air to remove most of the moisture, thereby extending the shelf life of peppers and improving the quality of the product.
